SKILLS DEVELOPMENT


Our suite of management programmes are explicitly designed for university staff and are developed using the specific knowledge and experience of our delivery team, all of whom have worked in the HE sector. For middle managers and first line managers we provide a series of participative half-day workshops which can be combined to provide a longer skills toolkit programme for staff. For all our programmes we provide:
